Expensive and not clean
This place is the crummiest in all of Berlin!! Everybody there are abrupt. I disliked this joint: the people in the check in desk were unqualified, the lobby seemed simply ordinary, and the fragrance in the bathroom was annoying. And in addition, I utterly resented the rooms. We are totally used to a lot more of a place of this standard., I probably wouldn't recommend Clarion Collection Potsdam Art'otel Berlin to our friends.

Reasonable but mediocre
felt totally shocked by it. This place is undoubtedly a hotel I won't forget. The air conditioning was malfunctioning when I was spending a night there. Oh, and there's more, I absolutely disliked the way the main lobby was dreadful! I was merely OK with every aspect of this place. To sum up, I wouldn't encourage this place to our acquaintances!!

Num. #1 place in Berlin!
I lodged at this place with my husband a year ago. Felt truly satisfied about it!! I was impressed the rooms. I was totally thrown with everything about this place! - the fragrance in the toilet was fabulous, and the main lobby was plush. People in this place are welcoming. Next time I need having a fantastic time Clarion Collection Potsdam Art'otel Berlin is the place to take rooms at!!!!
